How much do I charge as a rental price for my house to lease as vacation Ryder Cup 2010 Wales Accommodation?
I have my house advertised on AccommodationforTheEvent.com and I want to know if the price is accurate or am I charging too little for it, as my neighbor has an agreed rental price for £21,000 for the 10 days - she has the same house as mine and yet I am charging £3,000 less than her.
My sister's house is booked during the Ryder Cup - she has a 6 bedroom house, two of which are ensuite and she has received £26,000 for 8 nights stay. She has to make them breakfast and change the bed linen but I think this is a going rate for a house within 30 mins of the Celtic Manor that can accommodate 10 ryder cup attendees. This works out at £2,600 each for the 9 days - still cheaper than a hotel during that week.
